As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing support for front-line sales representatives. You will assist through support and ensure customers are provided with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for customer service and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

As a sales coordinator at Remuda, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Provide sales support, such as managing customer inquiries, and preparing sales documents, and updating records
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Provide follow-up with clients to ensure delivery dates and project schedules are accurate
  • Perform administrative duties to support the sales team
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: A sales coordinator must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks and management of customer accounts
  • Proficient with Technology: A sales coordinator should have experience with relevant software and technology tools, such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are important for building relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products or services
  • Industry Knowledge: Building construction and/or building materials knowledge is an asset
  • Team Player: A sales coordinator should be able to work effectively with the sales team, providing support as needed to help them meet their targets and achieve their goals
